AN INDIAN FTR FLAT TRACKER FOR THE KIDS

Following the immense success of its FTR750 race bike in the flat track world , Indian Motorcycle is bringing some of that magic into the kids ’ bike world with the release of a brand new electric kids ’ bike just in time for Chrismas . Dubbed the eFTR Mini , Indian ’ s new kids bike is aimed at riders as young as 8-years-old and is expected to arrive in New Zealand just in time for Christmas . Unlike other electric options at the entry point of the market , the eFTR Mini actually shares its styling with the FTR750 race bike which should add some appeal . Powering the smallest Indian Motorcycle is a 24-volt battery which gives the bike a run time of around 30 minutes . There ’ s two power settings ( smart with this being aimed at beginners ) with low power mode topping out at 16km / h and full power topping out at 22km / h . Charge time has been indicated by Indian Motorcycle to be up to 12 hours . The chassis of eFTR Mini is a durable steel tube frame and has a 467mm seat height to accommodate
