Wairoa river, while another part
crosses the Dargaville branch rail line
and the Omana rail tunnel entrance.
The Trail traverses a mixture of dairy
and beef farms, providing a good
test of offroad riding skills, with
some steeper sidlings, and seven
muddy crossings, thrown in to boot!
There’s fun for the whole family
too with an exciting, easier 2.7km
loop track for Juniors and Midgets.
Entry fees are $30 per rider, $15
for under 16s and the Midget
track is free.
