We've just had a chat with Jake Whitaker who tells us he's signed with Mitas Tyres for
the 2018 and 2019 seasons. This is what he had to say...
’m excited to announce the good
people at Mitas Tyres will be backing
me for the remainder of 2018 and for
the fast approaching 2019 season. It
is an awesome opportunity to have been
considered for and one that I jumped at.
Mitas is a well known brand used by many
top riders racing in the world hard enduro
scene. In 2016 I raced Red Bull Romaniacs
on Mitas tyres and was really impressed
with the quality of tyres I selected for the
race.

super soft hard enduro rear tyre that makes
it feel like you’re riding up the steepest
terrain on a trials bike, through to tyres that
are well suited for our national enduro/
cross country and motocross events. The

helping me to understand the range and
select the right tyres for my upcoming
events.
I spent the past weekend testing out tyres
for my upcoming hard enduro. My picks
are... C19 fat yellow stripe for the front and
EF07 double green stripe for the rear.
