Future-proof battery
Deltran has announced a new generation
of Battery Tender lithium batteries, with
a management system that monitors,
optimises and protects the battery. The
smart system will shut the battery off for
protection if it’s over-charged, discharged,
short-circuited, overheated or too cold – a
one-push reset button then wakes it up.
These batteries deliver up to four times the
service life of a lead-acid battery at up to 60
per cent lighter, while size is now closer to
lead-acid units for easy installation.
