BIKE MANIA 4

Couple of Mb to download - and you have to scroll down past the garish graphics on the page to play the game, but when you do it's a good challenge. There is some novelty in riding a minature trials bike across the scrolling desktop.

Arrow or mouse control a bike in basic 3d vector cartoon graphic world.

Hokey enough to be worth the download but not one you'll keep coming back to.

3D MOTORBIKE RACING

We quite liked this one except that it is too easy for long term game play. Worth a visit because the platform is starting to resemble the early incarnations of MotoGP on PS1. Fun clicks in the short term. This one has multi player and graphics options and the ability to customise appearance. Picking the right lines is fun - for a while.

This one took a few minutes to download but is much more sophisticated in the set up. Still a scroller, but there are race and vehicle options and dirtbike stunt races on a variety of tracks. Reasonable gameplay.

Excellent graphics and quite good gameplay on this one - get big air in an urban enviroment against 2 other hot doggers.

Not bikes, but this is a recreation of the original that was responsible for many of us getting into gaming. Between this and Space Invaders we wasted many a Tuesday night at the pinball parlour.

Old School simplicty and still so easy to blow it all on the last corner.

Kiwi Biker takitimu sent us this one. A MX scroller where you have to time the jumps just right or you'll fall right off the screen.
Good gameplay and reasonable graphics. Easy to load.
